Room for rent in 3/2 house in Tallahassee, FL

I am a female working professional that has a 1 bedroom and 1 bath available for rent Feb 1, 2015 (or possibly sooner for the right tenant) in my 3/2 home in a great neighborhood off of appalachee pkwy near the walmart (you could walk). The space is 1 bedroom w/private bath and large closet in a corner lot single family house with a two car garage and an extensive alarm and surveillance system. New wood floors and tile in the dining/kitchen area. Bedrooms are carpeted. Room is painted soft green/beige with white faux wood blinds and the bathroom is decorated in a bamboo type theme. Living room has a 70" TV, comfy couches with recliners, all the video games systems you can imagine, and a killer sound system. I like to play video games often, listen to music and watch movies, but also utilize a headset so that I don't disturb others. I take very good care of my things so I ask whoever moves in to do so as well. The side porch has a firepit and patio furniture and has an amazing view of the lake that is just across the street. Fireplace, vaulted ceilings and high efficiency full size washer/dryer. Large kitchen with lots of cabinets, stainless steel appliances and a bar style counter. I do not throw loud crazy parties but I do entertain people sometimes. I work hard and play hard - have serious jobs but still appreciate having a good time. :) I only ask that you have steady employment, be respectful, honest, and upfront about anything that may be a concern later. It does not matter if you are male/female, gay/straight - just that you will clean up after yourself, buy your own food, and if you need something of mine to cook with, ask and then replace it. Things not included in the rent are Food, laundry supplies, cleaning supplies, and toilet paper (since you have your own bathroom). The rent for the room will include everything Rent, Utilities (electric,water,trash,sewer, gas), digital cable with HBO and high speed internet (wired or wireless - I can set up either one for you) I have two lovable chihuahuas - not yappy ankle biters, but have lots of personality, so you must be an animal person. Unfortunately, as much as I love them, I am allergic to cats so I cannot have them in the house. Dogs are welcome, but must be housetrained and not chewers - they will require an extra deposit and we will need to make sure that all animals in the house can "get along" before making final arrangements. Please be aware that every one will be subject to a background check upon signing of the lease (3 or 6 month terms). I cannot accept any smokers or anyone who does drugs. Must have proof of stable employment and letters of reference.
