CEO-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR Florida Institute of CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANTS Tallahassee , FL Search underway for CEO-Executive Director of this $10 million budget, 60 staff, and 18,000 member organization. The organization has a significant lifelong learning program, produces many seminars conferences and expositions, has an affiliation with 5 State Political Action Committees and a $1.4 million Educational Foundation. Applicants must possess a minimum of a bachelor?s degree and significant experience in the management of a volunteer-led organization. A proven track record leading an organization of at least 30 employees with at least $5 million in revenues is desirable. Candidates should possess excellent written and oral communication skills and should have demonstrated an ability to handle the public relations requirements of this position, experience in the legislative process and a CAE designation a plus.
